How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to track your package in real-time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Modifications or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the package has not been shipped. If the order is cancelled within this timeframe, we will issue a refund.

In which countries do you ship?
We ship to many countries worldwide. A complete list is available during the checkout process.
What are the shipping times?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination:
• France: 2 to 4 business days
• Europe: 5 to 7 business days
• International: 5 to 10 business days
Is shipping free?
No, shipping is not free. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service with your order number.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return an item?
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. All returns are at the customer's expense. To initiate a return, please contact us first at hellowaythair@gmail.com for further instructions.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are possible if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the package has not been shipped. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

How should I care for my hairpin?
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water and chemicals.
What materials do you use?
Our hairpins are made from cellulose acetate, a durable and eco-friendly material derived from plant fibers.
CUSTOMS FEES
What is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?
We do not cover DDP fees. This means that customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be paid upon delivery.
Will there be any additional customs fees upon delivery?
Yes, customs fees and additional charges may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
