Company Information

These terms and conditions are concluded between the micro-entreprise WAYT, registered under the number 905 233 672, with its registered office located at 200 Rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France, and any individual or entity wishing to make a purchase through the website www.waythair.com hereafter referred to as “the Buyer.”


Liability in Case of Damage During Transport

In the event of damage during shipping, the Buyer must immediately contact the customer service of La Poste (Colissimo/Delivengo), or Mondial Relay within 24 hours of receipt. A claim may also be made to our customer service to address any packaging or product quality issues.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hellowaythair@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process to resolve the issue.


Limitation of Liability

WAYT shall not be held liable for any damages caused by improper use of the products purchased. Additionally, in case of non-delivery or delayed delivery by La Poste (Colissimo/Delivengo), or Mondial Relay, WAYT will not be responsible for logistical issues, delivery errors, or any other situation beyond its control.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your purchase has been successfully processed. This confirmation email will include details of your order, such as the products purchased, the total amount paid, and the delivery address. This email serves as proof of your order. Please keep it for your records.


Updates to Terms and Conditions

WAYT reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website www.waythair.com and will be effective as soon as they are posted.


Force Majeure

WAYT shall not be held responsible in case of force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, material shortages, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the company.


Payment Security

All payments made on our site are secured. We use Shopify Payments to ensure safe and protected transactions. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods available through Shopify Payments.


Customs Duties

Customs duties are the responsibility of the Buyer. WAYT will not cover these additional charges, which will need to be paid directly to the shipping company La Poste (Colissimo/Delivengo), Mondial Relay, or the relevant authorities. If the Buyer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L-121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a 14-day period from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.


Return Procedure

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. All returns are at the customer’s expense. To initiate a return, please contact us first at hellowaythair@gmail.com for further instructions.


Promotional Code

Promotional codes must be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Any attempt to apply a promo code after payment will not be accepted. Promotional codes cannot be combined and may exclude certain products or services.


Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed the same day, except in case of exceptional order volumes. The standard delivery time in mainland France is 2 to 4 business days via La Poste (Colissimo/Delivengo), or Mondial Relay. For international orders, delivery times will depend on the destination country. The estimated delivery time for international orders will be provided at checkout. WAYT will not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company La Poste (Colissimo/Delivengo), or Mondial Relay.


Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to WAYT due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Product Warranty

WAYT does not provide any specific warranties on its products, other than the legal warranty of conformity. Under this warranty, WAYT is responsible for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. This includes cases where the product does not match its description or does not function as intended. Products are thoroughly inspected before shipment.

In case of damage during shipping, claims must be made to La Poste (Colissimo/Delivengo), or Mondial Relay and notified to WAYT within 3 days.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in providing high-quality products at Wayt Hair, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hellowaythair@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.

When you contact us, please include:

  • Photos of the faulty or incorrect item
  • Your order number for reference

We cannot accept defective or damaged items reported after 72 hours from delivery.

At Wayt Hair, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so we'll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to return an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the refund is processed, you can place a new order for another item.


Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to WAYT due to non-collection by the recipient or incorrect address details provided by the customer, refunds will not be issued.

If you realize an incorrect address has been provided, it is crucial to contact us immediately to correct it. However, once the package is dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or take action regarding the delivery address. In such instances, we cannot accept responsibility if the package cannot be delivered as originally intended.

Should a package be returned to us and the customer requests it to be resent, the customer will bear the costs for the additional shipping.


Amendments to Terms and Conditions

WAYT reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately. Buyers are encouraged to review these terms regularly.


Cookies and Personal Data

WAYT uses cookies to improve user experience and to store information about preferences. All personal data collected is handled confidentially and in compliance with GDPR. Buyers have the right to access, modify, or delete their data at any time.


User Content

By sharing content (such as photos or reviews) with WAYT, the Buyer grants us permission to use this material on our website or social media platforms. This will always be done with proper credit, and the Buyer retains ownership of the content.


International Disputes

Disputes related to orders, delivery, or use of products sold on www.waythair.com shall be governed by French law. In case of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction.


Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, our company has implemented a consumer mediation system. The mediation entity chosen is: CNPM - MEDIATION - CONSUMPTION.
