SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Each delivery takes place in three steps:

Order Preparation: Once your order is confirmed, it is carefully prepared within 24 hours.
Shipping: After preparation, your order is handed over to La Poste (colissimo/delivengo), or Mondial Relay. Delivery times depend on the destination country.
Confirmation & Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real-time.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so.
All returns are at the customer's expense. To initiate a return, please contact us first at hellowaythair@gmail.com for further instructions.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hellowaythair@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the process to resolve the issue.
